Service Description

Forget the heavy weights and fancy fitness accessories. Sometimes, all you need is 30 minutes and some space. 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated. If that sounds exhausting, you're right - it is. Your total workout time is only 30 minutes (plus your warm-up and cool-down!)
