Our Open Gym is a great option for members who are looking for a private space to work out. We offer open gym times that members can ensure they have the space and never an overpopulated gym. Our members can take advantage of our top-of-the-line equipment and the privacy and convenience of an exclusive gym session.

 

We also offer recovery room perks with our Premium Package. That way you can relax and rejuvenate to further improve your health.

Gold Membership:
$75 Monthly

  • Open Private Gym

  • Secure private entrance with personal key fob

  • Top-of-the-line equipment

  • Open Hours:

    • Mon - Thur: 12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 8am

    • Fri: 12pm - Mon 8am (Saturday & Sunday available 24 hours)

$150 Monthly

  • Everything included in the Gold Membership

  • Recovery Room Benefits

    • 50% off Cold Plunge and Sauna Services

    • Must make an appointment first for Cold Plunge or Sauna 

Please note there is an annual sign up fee of $49 for memberships
